"Nothing is impossible" — if I were to describe Antonia in one sentence, this would be the one I would pick. Working with people in 2026 can be everything, from pleasant to challenging. However, with Antonia the range goes from always charming, always respectful, always pleasant and especially always human to always thinking ahead, always efficient and fast, always "can do" and "let's get it done" and always professional and highly productive as well as successful. Building global enterprises with a human-first approach is difficult enough in a fully digitalized world as we live in today. Antonia has not only succeeded in this with IFED, but furthermore also brings the necessity and importance of such an approach and initiative to global stages and gatherings in Davos during the World Economic Forum and other events of such quality and prestige — showing clearly her way of leadership, always driven by strong and ethical values, integrity and quality over quantity. I had the great pleasure of teaching Antonia as a lecturer for Legal Aspects of Big Data in the Data Science Master at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. I had the pleasure of teaching Antonia Durisch in the module "Data-driven Supply Chain Management and Logistics" at the University of Applied Sciences in Lucerne. It is a challenging module in which students work in teams directly on three real-time company projects for international firms (among them Kühne+Nagel as well as Bossard). Ms Durisch excelled as a team member and in the data-driven consulting solutions developed for the cases. Furthermore, I was impressed by her work ethics and outstanding motivation.

Antonia attended my university course in "Fraud Detection". She stood out in the class in terms of her continued interest, engagement and delivery throughout the course. No surprise, she earned a very good grade for her term paper where she also delivered above expectation. Also as a personality she is very warm and empathetic, besides her broad interests and engagements in diverse fields including video production and local politics. Antonia was consistently a star performer in my courses. She is highly motivated, intelligent, and sophisticated. Her approach to problem solving was very real-world based and extremely effective. As the courses were conducted exclusively in English, her strength and ability to communicate exclusively in English was far ahead of her peer group. Clearly languages are one of her great strengths. Antonia also had the gift and ability to think big and to challenge herself. She embraces growth opportunities, no matter how challenging they seem. While her talents are remarkable, and her future very bright, it was her compassion for her peers and her team skills that most impressed me. As a star performer, she could have ignored the struggles of her peers, some of whom faced personal challenges. Instead, she did exactly the opposite. She offered her time and intellect to work very closely with classmates, even weaker performers. In doing so, she increased their skills and confidence. She has a unique nurturing instinct, and the compassion to identify injustice and solve problems. She alerted me to situations when I could provide extra help for which I am deeply grateful. Antonia possesses abundant strengths, talents, and achievements that are well known to her colleagues. In addition to these, I wish to highlight her compassionate ability to motivate her peers and make them smarter and better performing. This is a unique and rare quality that shows true strength of character.

I experienced Antonia amongst the most engaged students in my AI Management lecture. Her can-do attitude and organization skills enabled her to quickly assimilate the content of the lecture, while at the same time working on her Bachelor thesis and working full-time. She is a quick learner and a team player. When peers were having trouble understanding new concepts from the lecture, she helped with mentoring such that the peers do not fall behind. Her positive attitude ignites motivation in her peers, which is a great asset when dealing with clients.

No matter how big or crazy your vision is — Antonia, if anyone, is the one to make it happen. Antonia and I have been working together for many years now. We met 6 years ago when I was crewing at other productions and slowly started to do my own productions and we both instantly clicked, because we were highly ambitious and excited for new challenges. Over the years we collaborated on a number of narrative and commercial films where she has always impressed me with her incredible go-getter attitude with which she not only managed to infect me but also the entire crew(s). Another reason why the shoots with her worked so smoothly is because she meticulously plans every detail while managing to maintain oversight over the entire project. With Antonia, you not only have a brilliant strategic mind but also a highly motivating and inspiring personality by your side. And I would follow her anywhere.
